Question 1

Which pricing plans are available for HR and L&D teams?

Accepted Answer

EvoluTalent Learn is offered in Starter, Team, and Growth plans, with monthly or annual billing. The plans provide the Learn course library, lesson progress tracking, employee sharing and course assignment, and course completion certificates. Starter covers 1–15 seats, Team 16–100, and Growth 101–500; compare the current options on the Pricing page.

Question 2

Are EvoluTalent completion certificates valid and verifiable?

Accepted Answer

After a learner completes every lesson in a Learn course, EvoluTalent can issue a course completion certificate with an issue date and certificate ID. It records completion of that EvoluTalent course; it is not presented as a regulated qualification or as a separate assessment credential.

Question 3

What kinds of courses does EvoluTalent Learn support?

Accepted Answer

Learn provides published, self-paced courses for practical capability building. Buyers can browse the available course catalogue, open a course, enroll, and move through its lessons while tracking completion. The current public product does not promise a separate track-builder or reporting layer.

Question 4

How do HR admins assign courses to employees?

Accepted Answer

The current Learn workflow supports sharing published courses and assigning them to employees. Employees then sign in to open the course, work through its lessons, and track their own completion. The plan cards define the available seat and administration boundary for each tier.

Question 5

Which EvoluTalent capabilities are available today?

Accepted Answer

EvoluTalent Learn is available today. Assess and Grow are coming, while Insights and Connect are planned. The current public product information does not promise SSO, HRIS connectivity, audit exports, workforce reporting, or connected-pillar access.

Question 6

What does the separate 14-day HR Pilot include?

Accepted Answer

The 14-day HR Pilot focuses on one workforce challenge and one employee development plan. The plan includes 30/60/90-day goals, manager prompts, and progress tracking so HR and L&D teams can work through one practical use case first. It is a separate focused acquisition path, not the EvoluTalent Learn subscription.

Question 7

How does Learn billing work?

Accepted Answer

The current Learn plans are offered with monthly or annual billing and use the displayed seat bands: Starter 1–15, Team 16–100, and Growth 101–500. Review the plan and billing terms shown at checkout for the option you choose.
