Question 1

Who should take the Assess reflection?

Accepted Answer

Assess is for professionals who want a clearer development starting point, as well as people leaders and HR or L&D teams who want a more useful prompt for growth conversations.

Question 2

How long does the assessment take?

Accepted Answer

Most people can complete this short reflection in a few minutes. You will share one goal and respond to three focused capability prompts at your own pace.

Question 3

What happens after I submit?

Accepted Answer

Your reflection is saved and you can view private, participant-scoped results. You will see useful signals and guidance without being reduced to a score or ranking.

Question 4

How do employers use Assess results?

Accepted Answer

Employers and authorised HR or L&D teams can use aggregate capability signals to shape development conversations and learning paths. The reflection is a development input, not a performance score.
